Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to journal setup, quarterly snapshot review, and journal rebinding services booked through Panel Grove Path Co., Ltd.

Balance Journal Setup

Deposit (40%). Refundable if you cancel at least seven days before your scheduled snapshot session. Non-refundable if cancellation occurs within seven days or if you miss the appointment without rescheduling.

Remaining balance. Due upon journal collection. If you cancel after binding has begun, the deposit covers materials and labour already committed. Partial refunds may apply if no snapshot session occurred and binding has not started.

Quarterly Snapshot Review

Full session fee is due at booking. Refundable with 48 hours notice before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the fee unless we can fill the slot.

Journal Rebinding & Archival

Assessment fee. Included in the quoted rebinding price once work proceeds. If you decline the quote after assessment, a ₩40,000 assessment charge applies.

Deposit (50%). Non-refundable once restoration work begins. If we determine during restoration that the volume cannot be salvaged, we refund any portion of the deposit not yet committed to materials.

Non-refundable items

• Completed snapshot sessions where entries were verified and signed off
• Custom-cut binding materials ordered to your specifications
• Travel fees for appointments outside our Incheon office once travel is booked
• Rush binding surcharges after work enters the rush queue

Refund process

Email contact@panel-grovepath.click with your name, service date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice for review sessions and at least seven days for setup sessions. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

No-shows

Clients who miss appointments without notice forfeit deposits and prepaid session fees.

Work already started

Once snapshot transcription or binding restoration has begun, fees for completed labour and materials are non-refundable.

Purchased materials

Archival paper, cloth covers, and leather ordered specifically for your journal are non-refundable once cut or embossed with your details.

Cancellation by Panel Grove Path

If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
