Balance Journal Setup

A custom-bound snapshot journal with your first balance entries transcribed during a private session at our Incheon office.

Balance Journal Setup

Who this is for

Long-hold account holders who custody assets offline and want a dedicated paper record of wallet balance snapshots — formatted consistently from the first entry forward.

What is included

  • Consultation to determine wallet count, snapshot frequency, and indexing preferences
  • Custom page layout with fields for date, wallet identifier, asset denominations, and balance totals
  • Hand binding in standard cloth cover with spine label
  • Initial snapshot session where we transcribe your first entries while you verify balances from your own devices
  • One revision pass if formatting adjustments are needed after review

What is excluded

  • Ongoing quarterly reviews (available as a separate service)
  • Wallet recovery or key management
  • Digital exports or spreadsheet conversion
  • Leather covers or slip cases (available at additional cost)

Process

  1. Inquiry and deposit. You describe your holdings in general terms. We send a scope summary and request a 40% deposit.
  2. Layout approval. We prepare a sample page for your review before binding begins.
  3. Snapshot session. You attend in person with access to your wallets. We record balances on formatted pages while you confirm each figure.
  4. Binding and delivery. The completed journal is bound, indexed, and ready for collection or courier within ten business days.

Provider

Soo-jin Han designs the layout and completes binding. Min-ho Jeong assists during the snapshot session.

Preparation

Bring a form of identification and whatever device or method you use to view current wallet balances. We provide pens and correction tools. Do not bring seed phrases written on loose paper unless you intend to store them separately from the journal.
