The Snapshot Process
How Panel Grove Path records offline wallet balance snapshots into bound journals — from consultation to completed volume.
Every journal we produce follows the same documented process. Clients know what happens at each stage before they arrive.
Stage 1: Scope consultation
We discuss how many wallets you maintain, how often you want snapshots recorded, and whether you need backfill entries from existing notes. You receive a written scope summary and deposit invoice.
Stage 2: Layout design
Soo-jin Han prepares a sample snapshot page tailored to your wallet count and asset types. You approve the layout before binding materials are cut.
Stage 3: Snapshot session
You attend with wallet access. Min-ho Jeong guides the entry process while you verify each balance figure. We transcribe onto formatted pages in your presence — nothing is recorded from memory or remote access.
Stage 4: Index and bind
Entries are indexed, pages are numbered, and the volume is hand-bound. A spine label identifies the journal by holder name or agreed code.
Stage 5: Delivery and care briefing
You collect the finished journal at our office or arrange insured courier delivery within Korea. We provide written storage guidance and schedule optional quarterly review dates.
Ongoing rhythm
Most clients return each quarter for a snapshot review session. Others maintain entries independently and visit annually for a reconciliation appointment.
