1. Acceptance

By accessing panel-grovepath.click or engaging Panel Grove Path Co., Ltd. for journal services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Panel Grove Path provides offline balance snapshot journal preparation, quarterly review sessions, and journal rebinding. Service scope is defined in individual quotations and appointment confirmations.

3. Intellectual property

All website content, journal page layouts, and binding designs are owned by Panel Grove Path Co., Ltd. Clients receive physical journals for personal record-keeping. Layout templates remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate balance information during snapshot sessions and verify all transcribed entries before leaving appointments. Clients are responsible for securing their own wallet access materials. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.

5. Limitation of liability

Panel Grove Path transcribes balances that clients verify in person. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect figures supplied by clients, wallet access failures, or market movements. Our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Appointments and cancellation

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit deposits as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to reschedule due to office closures or staff illness.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, Korea.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
